Upgrades and Installation

If your computer is no longer able to run the software you require, it may be time for an upgrade.

Installation

Mintra Systems can supply and install most hardware needed such as Hard Disk Drives, Memory, Processors, Graphics Cards etc. We can also install any hardware you may have purchased yourself, and advise you on compatibility. If you want to purchase your own hardware but would like us to install it, be sure to contact us beforehand for advice on compatibility issues.

Upgrades

If you suspect your computer may need an upgrade, but are unsure of how to proceed, we can offer advice. We will try to ensure that you receive the best value for money on components as well as finding the most reliable products. We have the advantage of experience when it comes to selecting component manufacturers.

Alternatives

Sometimes, although an upgrade appears necessary, it may not be. If your computer simply has a problem with its configuration, we can usually correct this without having to add any replacement parts. If your PC is simply running slowly, it is usually worth us just servicing it, which fixes common problems and saves you money. If, however, you've just bought new software and it states on the box that something you don't have is required, then is the time for an upgrade.

Used Hardware

If you are looking for a simple, functional, non-specialist piece of hardware such as a mouse, keyboard or power lead, we may be able to supply you with a used product at a much lower cost than that of a new product. All our used products are guaranteed clean and working at the time of supply, but are sold as seen and have no further warranty.
