In addition to our more popular "instant" services, such as component supply, diagnostics etc. we can also help you plan for extended use of our services in the future. For example, we offer regular PC checkups, maintenance and updates to keep your PC(s) at maximum production.

Regular Checkups and Maintenance

We can arrange to visit your premises on a regular basis (perhaps weekly, monthly or even yearly) to ensure that your computers are kept running as efficiently as possible and advise you on updates. We can work alongside existing staff in a supporting role, or independently if your organisation doesn't have a dedicated IT department.

Maintenance can include updates, for example, if your machine is not connected to a fast internet connection, we can supply application and antivirus updates on CD. Also, servicing, which involves checking for viruses and other undesirable software, ensuring settings are correct and dealing with minor problems which may have arisen since the last checkup.

Customised Support Options

If you are a regular user of Mintra's support services such as fault diagnostics, we can customise these to your needs to further increase their value to you. For example, if you often have software configuration issues, we can set up remote support whereby you can invite a support technician to take control of your PC to set it up or help you to set it up correctly.

Consulting

Even if you are not upgrading or experiencing problems, you may find it helpful to have a consultant visit occasionally to provide you with up to date advice on matters relevant to IT in your organisation or home, and to whom you or your users may put any support queries you may have.
